Excess and surplus inventory
Overstock, residual holdings and products no longer required within their original commercial plan.
Commercial stock acquisition
We assess suitable non-food inventory for direct purchase. Each opportunity is reviewed on its own facts, with your commercial priorities, confidentiality and the practical handover considered from the outset.
What we consider
Our focus is commercially viable non-food stock. Accurate information helps us assess the opportunity clearly and avoids wasting your time.
Overstock, residual holdings and products no longer required within their original commercial plan.
Products affected by range changes, new packaging, revised specifications or a planned transition.
Goods remaining after a season, promotion, product launch or shift in customer demand.
Suitable inventory available because requirements, customer orders or supply arrangements have changed.
Opportunities where condition, completeness, grading and any testing requirements can be demonstrated accurately.
The assessment
01 / WHAT MATTERSA sound decision considers the whole opportunity. We ask the questions needed to understand the stock without making the process unnecessarily complicated.
What the stock is, how it is packaged, whether it is complete and how accurately its condition can be evidenced.
The quantities available, how the goods are stored, site access and the practical requirements for collection or delivery.
The outcome you need, the preferred timescale and any commercial considerations that should shape the discussion.
Clear authority to sell, supporting information and any product, territory or regulatory points that need to be understood.
How it works
02 / A CLEAR PROCESSSubmitting an enquiry starts an assessment; it is not a guaranteed offer. Further information or inspection may be needed before terms can be proposed.
Send a product list or manifest, quantities, condition, location, timescale, asking price and any relevant requirements. Photographs are useful.
We assess the stock profile, likely demand, documentation and the practical work required to complete a transaction properly.
If there is a fit, we discuss price, payment, collection or delivery and any specific conditions that need to be recorded.
Once the responsibilities and terms are confirmed in writing, the movement of the stock is coordinated around the agreed timing.

Discretion by default
Supplier identities, stock information and commercial discussions are treated with care. We do not publicise a client relationship without permission.
Any agreed requirements affecting timing, geography, presentation or handling are recorded clearly before the handover. That gives both sides a shared understanding of what has been agreed.
Our valuesPractical reach
Where the stock, location, access and agreed transaction make it practical, we can arrange collection. Delivery is also possible by agreement.
Suitable opportunities involving other countries can be considered case by case. Product compliance, customs, duties, logistics and territorial requirements must all be workable before an international movement is agreed.
Responsible outcomes
Recover commercial value. Reduce avoidable waste.
We favour practical outcomes that keep viable goods in circulation and avoid unnecessary disposal. Where possible, efficient movements and responsible packaging decisions form part of that approach.
Tell us what you hold, where it is, its condition and quantity, the timescale and the outcome you need.
